Keala’s Concept for Kids

Aloha Kiva Kids is one of the thousands of Kiva lending teams in which members pool their $25 to lend to entrepreneurs around the world on Kiva.org.  The team was founded by Keala Raatior, a 4th grader at Chiefess Kapiolani Elementary School in Hilo, Hawaii. It is open to all kids and adults to join. Kiva’s concept is simple: people lend $25 to global entrepreneurs who re-pay it and you re-lend to other entrepreneurs.
